Foster Homes
Care for adoptable cats and kittens in your home and help them find loving families. Many of the cats that come into our care are feral, but some are willing to take the leap to indoor life! We will provide all the necessary supplies for your foster journey. If you think you aren't set up for this, please contact us anyway! We are happy to help you overcome barriers to volunteering with us!

TNR Hold and Recovery
We trap cats 1-3 days before their spay or neuter surgery, and keep them for observation and recovery for 24 (male) to 72 (female) hours following the surgery before releasing them back to their outdoor homes or transferring them to foster care. Any spare room, bathroom, or basement is perfect as long as it can be maintained at 70 degrees F for the hold time following the surgery. We will provide all necessary supplies. You can do a recovery hold for up to 4 cats in an 8x8 ft space and we will help you set it up!

Trapping
If you are active, ambitious, and patient, this is the role for you! We have a robust training program and trapping mentors to show you the ropes. Please note that this is a physically active volunteer position. If you have lifting, bending or mobility limitations, you will need to team up with another volunteer for trapping missions.

Canvassing, Events, and other Opportunities
A successful trapping operation requires a lot of prep work and communication with the neighborhoods where we are working. Distributing door hangers, obtaining permission slips from residents, and photographing and documenting cats are very important tasks that almost anyone can help with. Bring your kids and make a day of it!
We have many other volunteer opportunities in the fundraising, events, and administrative areas. Tell us what your talent is and we will put you to work!
